Cedar Kids
Our mission is to help support the family through providing a fun, loving environment where kid’s can learn about Jesus and His love for them.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” -Matthew 19:14. Children are important to Jesus and they are a valued part of our Cedar family.
Kids at Cedar..
Kids are always learning. That is why we believe in the benefits of multigenerational worship, in addition to, learning and growing with your peers. On Sunday mornings we share worship, reading of scripture and a time of prayer as a whole church family. Then we give an opportunity for kid’s to play and learn about how Jesus loves them together with kid’s team leaders that loves them. Kids are also welcome to stay with their parents during the adult teaching time if you or they prefer. Feel free to grab an activity buckets full of fun stuff for them in the lobby.
At Thursday’s Table it is family time! We eat together and share life together as one big extended family. Kid’s and, the kid in all of us, get to share a meal, share life and hear a short story about Jesus.
