Text: Philipians 1:1-11, Acts 16, James 2:14-18
Introductory remarks: Blessing from the King! God blessed the Christians in Philipi and he wants to bless us because that is who he is and what his kingdom is about. Today, we continue our study and take a closer look at God's righteousness. What is the righteousness of God? How does the righteousness of God benefits us? Lets take a look at Paul's prayer in today's text and see if we can find some answers to these questions.
1. They were Faithful – God was faithful to them and they were faithful to letting God work in and through them.
2. They Shared what they had – God gave them grace and they shared his grace.
3. They kept growing in Love – They stayed connected with God and bore the fruit of His Righteousness.
For further study, application and discussion:
How has God shown you his grace and faithfulness to you during these weeks of quarantine?
Are there areas in you life where you have become self righteous?
Can you accept God's grace & righteousness?

- God is faithful to us and he wants us to be faithful to him.
2. They Shared what they had – God gave them grace and they shared his grace.
- What has God given us and how can we share his blessings.
3. They kept growing in Love – They stayed connected with God and bore the fruit of His Righteousness.
- God's righteousness abounds in Love! (Agape)
- God's righteousness abounds in Knowledge!
- God's righteousness cuts through the haze to the truth!
- God's righteousness test and approves what is best, pure, and honest!
- God's righteousness bears abundant fruit.! (The greatest return on investment.)

How has God shown you his grace and faithfulness to you during these weeks of quarantine?
